1) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding local warehouse holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM warehouse local time are processed the next business day.

3) Estimated Transit by Region
- North America: 5–10 business days
- EU/UK: 5–9 business days

- Asia (selected countries): 4–9 business days
- Middle East: 7–12 business days
- Latin America & Africa: 8–15+ business days (customs may extend)
Times shown exclude processing and customs inspection. Final delivery time depends on destination import procedures.
4) Tracking & Handover
We email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse. Cross-border shipments may be handed over from an international carrier to a local postal partner; tracking updates can appear with a short delay during this handoff or while clearing customs.
5) Taxes, Duties & Customs
- Unless stated at checkout, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), and brokerage fees are charged by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Where available, we may offer pre-paid duties/taxes (DDP) at checkout. If selected and paid, the carrier should not collect additional import fees upon delivery.
- We declare the actual paid price and accurate contents. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue to bypass customs.
- Customs/KYC checks may require your ID, tax number, or additional information. Failure to provide documents can delay delivery or cause return/abandonment.
6) Address & KYC Requirements
- Provide a complete street address with apartment/suite and a valid recipient phone number for customs and delivery contact.
- Couriers may not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. Use a physical address where possible.
- For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery country after the order is placed.
7) Delays, Remote Areas & Surcharges
- Unforeseen delays: Weather, customs inspections, peak volumes, or carrier disruptions may extend transit times.
- Remote area surcharge: Certain postcodes may incur additional fees or limited service options. You will be notified before shipment if applicable.
- Prohibited/restricted items: Some products cannot be shipped to specific countries due to carrier or import restrictions.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays, but we will assist in resolving issues as much as possible.
8) Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts missed, we can reship after collecting re-delivery postage and any carrier return fees.
- Refunds for returned/abandoned parcels (where applicable) exclude original shipping, insurance, and non-recoverable duties/taxes.
- Abandoned parcels (e.g., refused customs) are not refundable.
9) Multi-Warehouse & Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items may ship from different warehouses (e.g., US/EU/Asia hubs) at no extra cost. You will receive separate tracking numbers for split shipments.
